Q: Who can place orders online?

A: Anyone can place orders online, we are open to all end-users, gift agents or event companies.


Q: Do i need a credit card to place orders online?

A: No, you may also use a debit card. Our payment gateway system is 128bit SSL encrypted, your information is very safe with us! 


Q: Can i make payment via cash deposit or bank transfer?

A: Yes, you may choose to pay via online transfer using any bank in malaysia or wire transfer if you are in overseas.


Q: How long does it takes for my order to be processed?

A: Upon placing the order, our sales person will be prompted. We will manually check and proceed with the order upon receiving of your payment. This process will take about 1-2 days for checking and another 5 working days for production.


Q: Can i engrave my name on the wood surface?

A: Yes, you can engrave text or lettering on wood surface. 


Q: Can i include a logo engraving on my order?

A: Yes, if you order any item above 10 units you are entitled to add your own logo with name for engraving.


Q: Will i get to see a visual before engraving or printing process?

A: Yes, we will be providing you with a visual for approval subjected to a minimum order of 10 units for each item.


Q: Can i see an engraving sample before a mass production?

A: No, unfortunately we do not provide engraved or printed sample for your viewing. 


Q: What if there is a spelling mistake on my engraving or printing?

A: We will proceed with names or text provided by you, this will be reflected in our system. Therefore we will not be liable for any spelling or text errors.


Q: Can i change the measurement of the logo or text to be engraved?

A: No, our designers will prepare the appropriate measurement that fits the product print area.


Q: Can i make changes after order has been placed?

A: No, you may not be able to change or cancel your order once it is placed, However if you need to urgently make amendments to your order please contact us immediately after ordering by phone.


Q: Do i need to call to inform about me placing this order?

A: No need, Our system will let us know you have placed your order, there will be an automated e-mail delivered to you containing your order details.


Q: How will i know if my goods are shipped?

A: Upon completion on your order, an automated email will be sent to you indicating your goods has been shipped, this email also contains a tracking number for delivery.


Q: What if i did not receive my order within 7 working days after ordering?

A: You will be informed if your goods are delayed, this maybe caused by external factors which are out of our control, e.g disaster, strike, famine, holidays, festival.


Q: Can i get replacement if the goods i have received is damaged?

A: Yes, we will replace any damaged goods caused by shipping or manufacturing defect. However this has to reffered to us on the same day of delivery.


Q: Can i return goods i do not want?

A: No, we do not accept returns or cancellation of order if there has been customisation done. We may exchange any goods with no print or engraving to a similar or lower valued item.


Q: Why the prices for online order products differs with other pre-order products?

A: Online order caters to small quantity end user orders. Therefore for bulk order above 100pcs please contact us for discounts up to 50%.


Q: Can i request for urgent order?

A: At this moment we do not accept urgent orders, all orders placed online will have 5-7 working days lead time.





Q: How do i pay for my orders?

A: You may may via online using our payment gateway.


Q: What are the options for online payment?

A: There are 2 option, select ebanking for maybank2u, cimbclicks or other ebanking featured bank payment. Or select Debit / Credit card payment for payment via cards.


Q: Who processes my payment?

A: For ebanking our payment gateway partner ipay88 & debit /credit card processed by 2checkout gateway.


Q: Is this payment option safe?

A: This is a 100% safe payment gateway with fraud detection.


Q: Can i request for refund after payment is made?

A: No, you may request for exchange of goods in same value. or higher.


Q: Will i get notified after payment is made?

A: Yes, you will get email notification for successful payment via our payment gateway and also our e-cart system.




Q: When can i receive after order is made?

A: Typically, it will take 5 working days for production excludes shipping.


Q: What are the shipping options?

A: We ship all orders via our shipping partner poslaju


Q: How long does shipping takes?

A: Shipping usually takes 2-3 days or longer for certain areas, However any delays may be experienced due to holidays or weather.


Q: Can i request for cash on delivery?

A: No, we do not accept cash on delivery


Q: Can i request for office collection?

A: Unless your order is above 50pcs, We do not accept office collections.


Q: What if my parcel is returned?

A: Parcels returned due to incomplete / error address or contact will be recharged for shipping.
